Evangelism process - Communication Techniques 101
Bridge strategy is applied with the core missionary
princple "Tail often, Talk well". There are two
models to approach a non-christian i.e., 1. Relational Model 2.

Establish initial point of contact with non-believers
via a relationship |

schools, hospital, charity organizations, disasters,
friends and relatives |

Build relationship |
Share the gospel in its entirety giving the
call to the decision as an integral part of the message itself |
Visiting them, sending gifts, phone calls particularly
in times of trouble |

Introduce spiritual things in general when considered
appropriate |
God will help in solving the problems etc.. |

Begin to share some gospel information in the
context of the relationship |
Jesus is the true God and all other religions

Continue sharing more of the gospel making sure
that the relationship is not endangered |

continue to relate to the non-christian, answer
his questions and speak to any barriers which hinder his response

Refocus communication based on the non-believer's
feedback i.e., speak to specific barriers he feels for conversion.
Repeat this process till he converts. |
