Balgrim Ragoonanan
Balgrim, a native of Trinidad and Tobago, worked at the Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago in Child and Family Protective Services in various direct service positions.  In  December 2000 he retired as Department Director of Foster Care Services.  Post retired Balgrim is leading the life of a monk in South Florida, USA.
